Well I picked up the new heritage( Pewter pearl) and I am one happy camper, I will post some pics in a day or so. Now for the real question, Need some pipes and I really like the look of the stock pipes, Dealer is out of the SE pipes, and there will be no more. They are going to carry the Rush pipes, As the dealer tells it, they are a great performer and great sound, Anyone tried these or have you heard or seen them on a Bike. Thanks in advance for any info that can be provided. And If you have other recommendations would appreciate that as well. But I want to stay close to the stock look, just not the stock sound, and if Istray from the stock look, would have to be someting on the order of Daisy cutters, or Big radius ETC. As this is my first Harley, input would be appreciated. Never worried about the sound on the metrics-- I mean after all it wasnt a Harley LOL. Here is a link to the pipes from the dealer. Rush
I also picked up my new Heritage today (Black Cherry Pearl/ Pewter Pearl) and am searching for pipes as well. I found these SE slip-ons in the new catalog. I haven't seen or heard them yet, but my sales manager said he heard them at the dealer show and they sounded good.

Perhaps you should check with another dealer on those '07 SE slipons just to be sure.
I know they have discontinued most SE exhuast part numbers...however, the H-D site states that the ones for the '07 bikes are 50 state legal. i can't imagine why H-D would go to the trouble to list them if they weren't going to have them available...

I think your dealer is mistaken as these are new for 2007 and should be available soon.
Here they are http://www.cyborgcycles.com/python.html PythonIII's they also make V&h pipes...They are one of the best for gains on the Dyno look almost stock and rummble the earth... I set off car alarms everytime I go out from the low rummble.. At idle I had parked next to my car and put my hand on the car and felt it shakin..
When I was at the Dealer last weekend checking on the arrival status of my new Heritage, the wrenching department told me the 06' slipons won't fit the 07's. Something to do with the crossover and crossover inlets. We will see very soon.
As far as the SE muffs, I believe the "street legal" SE muffs are still available, but the SEII Pros are not.
I have Rush slip-on's on a 06 fatboy, I really like the sound of them at low speeds. I don't have a windshield so I really have no idea what they sound like above 45mph.
I appreciate the replys, I am goign to give the Rush a try. they should be in next week. I like the idea of being able to change the baffle and try different sounds. Hopefully have them on befor next weekend.
And yes the dealer is mistaken, He also later told me that you could not put any slip ons on any 07 bike except touring models, Needless to say I am now shopping elsewhere.
