Default power commander help PLEASE

So i installed pipes heavy breather and a power commander on my rocker. Bike ran perfect for two weeks. Washed the bike today and went for a ride. Junk it runs like junk. Anyone have any ideas what happened? bike pops on decel when i crack the throttle it falls on its face. Has no excelleration. ANy ideas would be very helpful

Washed it? You probably got stuff wet that didn;t like getting wet.....

Do not get the power commander wet. unplug it let it dry plug back in if needed reflash.

Dielectric grease is a must on all the connections. Did you put some on?

strange...I mean I have PC and I have washed my bike hundreds of times and been through torrantial downpours and no probs

did you use a powerwasher?

Water in the connections for sure. Dielectric like said above.

I wrap mine in a zip lock bags and seal with electrical tape both the unit and the conector plugs.

Let it dry out and you should be OK happened to me a couple of times before I started usung the bags to seal everything up.

Thanks all. I will do everything i cant really put mine in a bag because of where it is located. I had to put it up in and underneath the fender. Being rockers have NO room for ANYTHING lol.

if you have it under the fender and it is already giving you problems, I would most definitely do something to make it water proof. I would suck to be 100 miles away from home get caught in the rain and have it give you problems then.
