Question Removing side markers / deuce

I read a post earlier about removing the side markers off the front forks on a deuce would make it look a lot cleaner. Does anyone know how to remove them without screwing up the chrome?

hair dryer and fishing line. heat em a little bit, and slide the fishing line behind em. theyll come right off. +1 on the goo gone.

I loosened my reflectors with a heat gun and then removed them by hand. I used mineral spirits to remove the adhesive residue.
