I agree. That's the only thing that I don't like about my bike. If all the grey parts on my bike were black instead, I think it would look pretty good.
I can't believe my heartland front fender sits so much further off the tire Rail, did you do anything to yours to get it closer? Sorry for the hijack :P

Yep.. Bigger tire.. Yours kinda looks like you've got it upside down too..
that to me looks like you got the one for a 21" tyre instead the 19? (there is a specific one for a 19 wheel apparently)
thats exactly how mine looked at mock up before the wheels....
on the plus side I cant think of a better reason for new wheels...

That gray coating was Harley's **** poor attempt to copy Exile's scothbrite treatment on their bikes. It would have looked 100 times better if they had just done it right.
There's def only one way round which tire for the front?
LOL.. I didn't mean the tire was backwards, I meant the fender was on the wrong way.. Not that Rocker Dan mentioned it, you might have gotten a fender for a 21" wheel.. I know the 1st fender Heartland sent me was for an FXST and wasn't even close to working.. I called and had the correct one in 2 days.. You might want to call and then email them that pic to see what they have to say..
For the tire I used a Dunlop E3 MM90-19 which is bigger than the stock 90/90-19
