Default How do you remove Pressure Switch??

I've got to remove the pressure switch on my 2010 Fatboy ... I have the manual .. see pic attached. It says ... "remove connector from oil pressure switch." Problem is ... the switch looks hard wired to me ... the "wire" leading to the switch is bent at 90 deg and goes into the top of the switch. The wire does rotate .. but I pulled at it .. and it did not give like you'd expect from a connector. Does anyone know how to disconnect it without cutting the wire?

PS: As you can see ... yes I do have a shop manual .. and yes I have read it and no there is no other, more detailed, info in the manual.

On my '02 FLSTF the wire just pops off. It looks to be the same from the manual.

Mine popped off with little resistence. Again, my bike is an 02, so maybe it's different.

The plug at the switch just pulls off. Shake it and wiggle it as you pull.

Thou doth jest ... what in the heck is an "old ford solenoid." That sounds like something from 1959?
