Hey guys I have a older softail but picked up a newer style driver and passenger deluxe seat. I noticed other bikes when solo have some standoffs or bolts that im missing as you can see in the pic, is that all that holds the seats together? Im assuming the passenger plate slides into the bolts and lock in?
Yep, the 2 Seat nuts have a slot that the passenger seat slides into. Your are also missing the Seat Rail. The Seat nuts should be easy to get at a dealer.
Here is a shot of my seat, you can kind of see the seat nuts. (My seat is not the stock Deluxe seat but it mounts the same)
