Default Need seat replacement for deuce...

Im 5'9.. 200#s
The Bike is a lil long for me.... I will be getting more of a road king beach bar mix... to give me a lil more pull back, and lower reach..
But i do not want to throw good money after bad on a set...
What seat can i get that wont take away the looks of the bike too much,
still be able to ride for a lil while without 2 much fatigue?
I know looks and comfort dont go together, so.... what is a lil more comfortable than stock..... but not too ugly?
T.I.A.
Rick

I think H-D has a short reach seat for the Deuce that moves you forward and inch and half or so. I have the problem being tall I need to move back.

thanks for the replies....
No way I can get a solo....
lol...
As much as I do ride alone.... would rather ride alone.... As much as my wife does not ride...
it wouldnt be taken very well...
you see.. we have a motorcycle gang..
Pops, nephew, mom and dad in law, me.. a few other close to family members...
and my wifes family....
all of her 7 sisters!!!!
A solo seat wouldnt be taken too kindly around these parts...
And besides... if you could see these girls... you wouldnt want a solo on your bike either!!!
No.. not posting pics!! hahaha

ill just say there are some, with surgical enhancements... some with 38dd
very athletic, very show offy!!! all work out daily..
have no problems wearing bikinis anywhere they go...
all in laws or family friends.. so its not too creppy!!!

All my friends are jealous, and ask me to bring them along when we ride!!!

So as stated... single seats are out for me...

Mustang wide vintage is a comfortable seat. Transferred this one to my 07 Deuce.....the seat currently has 52000 miles on it. The Deuce was my road trip bike until I got the RKC. Now the beauty part is your decision!!!

You have a monumental task ahead of you...a comfortable seat, a comfortable 2 up seat, AND good looking!!!

I have been using a LePera Sorrento on mine for around 12K and find it is 1. very comfortable 2. much much more comfortable for passenger 3. not butt ugly. It is tight fit to put on/take off with sissy bar mounted but can be done, I filed the tab length slightly and that helped. The luggage rack took some head scratching but I only mount that 1-2 times a year and is helped by changing bolt direction and putting a plastic cap over one to stop chafing...you can figure it out if I did. I am quite a bit shorter than you and both stock and LePera reach was fine for me using fat iso pegs. LePera MAYBE moved me forward a touch. My wife is 5'3" and rides mine now and then and stock seat lets her flatfoot easier since it is slightly less wide at thighs.. Mine is lowered front and rear 1 1/2" rear, 1" front with Progressives. I installed HD replacement bars that look stock but come back 3/4-1" further..parts counter can find them for you if you decide to try them...around $60 and you have to get longer front brake hose. In my case I used stainless steel hose...parts guy will know length...but wish I had stayed with black since before the hose "disappeared" whereas now it says "look at me I am stainless". From your picture it does not look like you have extended pedals so I wonder why it is too big. Picture below is with Sorrento installed, looks OK but I think about having it tapered top to bottom on passenger end so it looks better from rear as it now is slightly wider at seat than fender. Hope this is helpful..be careful beach bars don't turn your wrists to an uncomfortable angle.

i think just the combination of my seat and apes is what makes it too long for me...

when i get the bars down and back towards me.... i may be happier!!
i like both of those seats posed!!! thanks!

I've tried 5-6 different seats and Corbin young guns is the best looking (2up) seat I've found
and very comfortable (after 1k mile break in)
