Hi All:
Thought I ride a Sporty I have a Fatboy question for a buddy. Does anyone have a solution to the passenger burned boot issue. The rear foot pegs are mounted between the mufflers and the passenger is constantly burning her boots on the top muffler. I know that some other Softtails have the pegs on top of both mufflers. Does anyone know of a fix short of changing the exhaust system? Thanks
Hemisportster
I just ordered the passenger peg mounts for the Crossbones. The right side has a bracket that moves the peg over the exhaust I believe. I don't think I will need the bracket because I am not running stock exhaust. If someone else can chime in as to wether or not that would work for your buddy and it will, let me know. For cost of shipping he can have it, as long as I don't need it. I am still waiting for the pegs to show up so I won't know for sure until they get here
