I had a problem with my turn signal function years ago and replaced the relay to fix it. I am not sure if the current problem is the relay or not. When I turn the left turn signal on the system flashes at different rates and sometimes sticks in the on position. This is true of the lamps and the dash indicator. I happens sporatically, my guess is the relay needs replacing but need input from others who have had same problem.
