new model release is always late july or very early august. usually around the third to fourth week of July. It may have even been the second week of July last year. My birthday is July Fourth and I have never seen the new models released before then in my time. You will however see pretty much all other manufacturers release theirs earlier than that trying to beat harley to the punch.
And as for knowing what they will release? you will know when the HD website changes. All other leaks and rumors never end up being true. Case in point.... posted on hd forums last year was the C.A.R.B. paperwork for the emissions testing on the HD 2010 model year line up and it didn't come close to what actually was released. You have a better chance of hacking into the nasa database or finding the next taliban attack than finding out what harley will release. Hell honda even hired expert computer hackers to find out and now they are out of work.
