ooooooooo...... I like that front turn signal mod, an close up pics and a little more detail
thanks
this can be done on a hydraulic front end as well
ok heres what i did
on the older controls the clutch side signal has a bracket that isnt on the right side.you will need 2 of these HD part#67829-88
to relocate install a stud in the upper or lower triple tree pinch bolt long enough to add a spacer to bring it out flush and it cant crush went torqued then add signal bracket and an acorn or similar to hold in place..now just screw on the signal and its done..i did it on my new springer same thing different bolts..on the right side the control cables go through a wire keeper that is the bolt hole to use and on the left side its justa bolt to plug the hole ..took about an hour start to finish..since these pics were taken i got a set of chrome swivels for my birthday so now they are chrome but the stock ones i painted black and they couldnt be seen looked great..

hey unimog!! beware of what you are doing. your windshield ain't gonna fit back on if you do that.
just sayin'......
i'm getting ready to slap a set of 18" apes on and i have yet to solve the problem of turn signal relocation. May end up just fabbing my own mounting hardware and getting a set of rear signals (or aftermarket) to run the wiring through the base, instead of out of the side of the housing. or...maybe i'll just ditch them altogether.
