I would not buy Freedom either, but do not really know that much about them. Samson is well known for their fishtails and have been around for a long time. Everyone I know that has them is very happy. 2 1/4" diameter with full coverage heat shields. The only way to fly as far as I am concerned.

In addition to the above, their quiet baffles are so restrictive that their pipes with a big sucker 2 and TTS Master Tune made less horsepower than stock.
If you haven't heard much about them, I'd stay clear of that manufacturer. Samson and V & H have great reputations, stick with the masses, you won't regret it.
