My stock horn along with a few of my buddies never seem to work when you need it. Just curious if it the Florida weather....

Never had a problem here in the northeast but I plan on changing over to an air horn soon.

Now, HC's 1200c does not work all the time, have to mess with one of the wires on the back from time to time

2002 XL1200C rarely works. (Never when I need it.)
2006 FXSTS sometimes works

I run a Sportster horn in between the front frame tubes on my Deuce. I have to clean the wire connections once in awhile or it sounds weak. Probably the same thing HDWG does with their Sportster.

Never works, it's in the garbage. Got tired of pissy little noise and hit and miss working. Went to good air horn and love it. There are several good dual trumpet horns out there, not the H-D model. They look different next to the motor but it grows on you and after using it I love it, people stay away when I hold the button down.

I changed mine for a Stebel Compact Airhorn and now people think that my Night Train is really a Big Speed Train coming up over them. Very good mod.
