SEPST what do I need?

SEPST what do I need?
I am going to by the SEPST device (32109-08A).
I also plan to get the cable kit (32184-08).
Do I need the training DVD? (32101-10). I am thinking I can do without it, or use a friends maybe.
What about the "Smart Tune" DVD? It says mandatory for 2010, but I am guessing it might be good for my 2007 Night Train. (32111-10).
Does the SEPST come with a DVD to run it? The "Smart Tune" seems smart to have.
