Dont know about the part where it says its against law for hands to be over shoulders. Sure see a lot of bikes rolling with 16 plus apes i went with 17 inch evil apes and the bottom of my knuckles are at top of shoulder. Is it a provincial law or mis information from a harley dealer. Heard of lots of states that have that "shoulder height" law in place. I do know for a fact that it exists during Sturgis. Have read of magazine editors that have been ticketed for it.
Texas Law sucks.... 15" above the seat.. LOL What do you do when you have 20" Gangsters and 3" risers? Most cops just look and dont even think about the laws.. Just dont be out causing trouble and most are cool.. The Gangsters are easier to have a windshield on is why I when with mine. They look the best without the windshield..
