Default springer front wheel

When you slide the axel out of the front wheel how many spacers etc fall out? Is it difficult to get it back together and back through the rockers? Can you run the stock axel without the fender?

it all depends on what style springer you got. I have a dna that I also modded a bit to go with a left side brake setup and custom spacers but any hd manual should break it down for you. Its a little tricky with springer front ends because of the brake setup by yourself but with an extra set of hands its a breeze. one tip tape off your center hub because the rocker bolts and cotter pins are sharp, dont ask me how I know...
