Default Replacing saddlebag mounting studs

I'd like to run without saddlebags on my '00 FLSTC. Can someone tell me... can I get some chromed bolts to replace the ugly studs poking out. I'm not looking to do the ghost bracket/quick release thingie. Just something inexpensive but still looks decent on the strut. Haven't even checked the hardware store yet, so maybe that's one option.
If any of you have done this please chime in.

If you are talking about the two bolts on the struts, then yes you can use the same bolts as at the front of the struts the Torx head ones.

HD makes a female cover that a magnet that goes over the bolt,, keeps U from doing anything but just snapping them one... easy as it gets..

I just looked and can't find them, but just visit Ur dealer and ask for them...

Hardware stores sell many different styles of chrome bolts you can use.

I went with buttonheads and chrome spacers. Looks pretty good to me. This place is a great source for chrome hardware:
