He matched the price for my pipes with no problem. I'd much rather give my business to someone who treats his customers the way he does, than some shmuck who forgets about you as soon as the have your green backs.

Getting ready to do 14" wild 1 apes on my 05 train. I'm getting everything from these guys. Very comfortable giving my hard earned money to folks who treat me well and respect what I do.

We do appreciate it and will treat you right, before and after the sale.

Today I spoke with and ordered some stuff from the guys. As many of you had stated the customer service was top notch and they price matched my item. Thanks again guys.

First timer here from just north of Toronto. Got a great price, delivery time and follow-up on a slight problem with my newly purchased and installed Cobra slip-ons.

Thanks Shawn, they were worth the wait.

Just bought new pipes from them, and have bought things in the past. About to buy a lot more. Every time it is the lowest price and fastest service. I foolishly ordered a Power Commander the other day from another vendor on here because it was supposed to be the easier route and I got boned and I am pissed. I am getting sick and tired of giving my money to vendors who fail, and as I was looking back through my receipts and all of the rage over something always going wrong with parts and crap, I realized Dr. Vtwin is the only time I haven't had an issue with something. They get my business from now on. Oh, and they always happily quote me a price on something even though I only end up purchasing something every third or so quote!

Cudos for the DR V Twin guys. They are awsome. They know the true meaning of customer service. They will be successful with that business model.

Thanks to everyone for their business. We really do appreciate it and are here to serve you. I eat sleep and breathe motorcycles as just like you guys. And I ride one too. It seems a lot fo vendors don't get involved in the forums as they are just here to make money.

At the Doc, we all ride and spend as much time as possible here. My new WCC floorboards will be here very soon and i can't wait to install them and poSt up some pics!
