A friend of mine is debating to buy a slightly used revtech 100 engine w/Roadmax 6speed trans. for his 02 Duece.

we're wondering how much would his original engine go for 88" 7000 miles on it has some chrome on it.
anyone know approx how much labor should cost?

Revtech is an EVO design engine and there are nightmare stories about them....

Pretty sure you can adapter plates to line it up and bolt it into a TwinCam frame....But is it worth it.

Tell him bore his out and do a nice 95" kit..... As much power and better reliability than a Revtech

Stay away from the RevTech......an S&S is better.......or upgrade the 88.....JMHO.....

The TC-88 is worth about $1500 on ebay, maybe more on CL, Cycle Trader. Keep it, get a 95" upgrade and ride.
