Nice job, Gregor! Are those beach bars narrower than the ones Harley offers? I think Harley's are 39", but I'm not sure. Love the look of the headlight nacelle. I didn't know that would work on the Deluxe, but obviously it does. Can you see anything with the mirrors adjusted like that or is that to look at babes on either side? Awesome Ride!

Looks great man, very classy. I think I should get royalties on the bars tho.

Whiplush, you should indeed. :-)

Kurt, nice catch on the mirrors. When I ran home at lunch to snap the pics, I just backed her out of the garage, took pics, and got her back in. The mirrors are still turned while I was adjusting the position of the grips. Haven't pulled them back in yet. :-)

Excellent. What did you do with the riser, replace, remove, modify?

Fender strut hardware is a mix of HD quick disconnect and ghost brackets for the saddle bags. The risers are for a Heritage classic. Whiplush cut his and retapped, but he wanted to keep the Deluxe riser cap. The riser cap on the deluxe and the heritage have different bolt patterns.

Are you sending the braided lines back or selling them to me at a substantial discount?[sm=drooldude.gif]

Nice ride, dude! I agree...I think we need to pay homage to Whiplush for pioneering the shorty riser/beach bar combo . I was checking out the Burly Bars myself, but found more sizing options with the Flanders bars. Even at 36" wide, your Bikini Beach Bars look really wide compared to the stock set up.

Anyway, great ride and thanks for the pics.

Cheers,
Leo
