Just picked her up about an hour ago, rode her for about 20 miles. First impression is that I'm a bit disapointed with the 110. Now I did not rip on her for obvious reasons but I did give it some go. Feels a bit sluggish off the start, it has the ***** but it just feels like they are constricted. I have an 05 Deluxe with stage 1 and pipes and as of now the 88b is much more responsive and better tuned--I think. I'm sure this will change with proper money but I thought this thing would fly right out of the crate. Sob is quite as mouse as well. I bought the SE thinking I'll keep her stock with all the add-ons it comes with, but now I know that is all a pipe dream, literally. Besides all that the bike is a dream, well my dream. Blue on blue with tribal flames, looks a **** ton better in person than on the site. Ill get some pics soon.
Congrads on the new SE. I have always felt a built bike was the best way to go for max. performance. The EPA people are now doing a job on bikes to. I would put my 05 deluxe with the big bore 257 cams screamin eagle heads exhaust against any of the new 96 103 and even the 110. On the other hand you have a nice ride probably limited and nice to have if you can keep it stock good luck with it
Thanks. By the way I also have the Legend Air on my Deluxe, now riding the two bikes lets me really apreciate what that suspension does as far as comfort goes. Im already thinking of putting that on the Springer. And as much as Im in love with the Springer, Im still in absolute awe of the Deluxe and how it looks--------especially dropped all the way.
