Default engine vibration

I have a 2009 dyna right now and get medium vibration between idle and 2000 RPM. It clears up after that. All of them have it.
Does the 96B also have similar vibration bands?

Thanks!

The "B" motor utlizies a counter balancer so that it does not vibrate like the Dyna or "A" model engines.
