Question Oil Leak

Hi Guys
Just found oil leaking from the oil cooler plugs just behind the oil filter, this only happened after I got stuck in serious traffic in about 90 degrees of heat, basically the bike and me both cooked. She was running at around 245 degrees. Gotta undo them and re-seal. What sealant should I use?
Anybody else had this problem?
Thanks

Use some copper gasket selant ...comes in an aeresol can at the local auto store. Definitely use a new gasket. Surprised that the heat would cause this? Did you recently install an oil cooler maybe? Anyhow, good luck with it.

Is there orings on it? Look at your on line parts diagram. When disassembled the block on mine, the aoil filter mounts had o rings.

13 year old post hopefully the OP has got the oil leak it corrected by now or went to a dealer to look at bikes.

Last time OP was on line was March 2011.

Although resurrected threads can be of value, this one does not appear so, reading and understanding dates is a virtue.
