I went with se heavy and not the race oil. I loved it the first time I hit the road. I didnt think I would like a firmer feel but it makes for a much more responsive ride. Then I proceded to adjust my rear shocks up by three threads and I should hve done that 70,000 miles ago. Now I dont drag the primary case on left hand turns!

+1 on the se medium duty, not the race heavy duty. add about 1 extra ounce, and get as close as possable to equal amounts in both forks. i use a very large siringe (sp) that i got from my vet. steve
