If you want that black out look go wth the RSD or PM brand excellent grips that you won't have to replace every couple of years. If chrome, anything from kuryakhan will do.

The Harley nostalgic grips somebody mentioned above are very comfortable and fit with the look of a Heritage.

PM grips are the best. They go well with anything and when the Renthol wears out it can be cut off and replaced with a new rubber sleeve. No shortage of grip on these things!!!

It appears as if it is time for me to get some of the PM grips. I thought the mdos were done, but this is next.

Kuryakyn Premium Iso is what i use on this bike. if you want nostalgic then get them and hot glue and strips of leather and wrap them to fit your comfort size.

What an excellent idea....thanks!

To the OP: I had to do my 25k service yesterday, so while at the parts counter to get an inspection cover gasket, I went ahead and got the Iso's....they were much easier to put on than I thought....but definitely test fit the clutch side grip and make note of where you want it because that glue sets up FAST....I'm mean like 30 seconds or less! Know where you want that grip and get it there fast.

Joe, Is it necessary to glue the clutch side grip? I'm assuming so but I swapped out my stockers for HD chrome and rubber grips and did not need to glue it. They lock tight when you tighten up the two switch housing screws. Not so on the ISO's??
