This is the magic after 9 months of work. The bike is a Heritage Springer 1998. Now it´s a custom with almost everything (chassie) is handmade custom. i have a 2013 street bob w/ a fender close to what's on your ride. problem is i bought the bike w/ the fender in place and it has started to crack down the center weld from the vibration. i've since trimmed the fender up a little to eliminate the crack and it has come back. went ahead and drilled it to get it to stop and is still splitting. i've searched for a replacement fender and your's is the closest i have found to what's on my ride. so if you could tell me the maker if you didn't fab it and what is the material. would like to stay w/ metal since where i live has extensive dips in the road for drainage and is hell on your larger lower fenders. any info advice etc. would be welcome thank you. and by the way killer paint
