Default Fatboy heaitation

I bought an '02 Fatboy equipped with Vance & Hines pipes and Screaming Eagle air cleaner. While going at constant low RPM's it won't keep a steady throttle. It's FI with only 6800 miles on it. (I got in last Nov and put on 5000 myself in the past 4 months)
Also at times, it will cut out. I have been using only 93 octane for two months. The local dealer says the Stage I kit is installed and they changed the intake seal. No change. Anyone out there have any ideas of the solution to my problem?

Carb or FI? If FI, does it have a fuel management system? Other than that and fuel (which you've apparently addressed), the only time I've noticed "jerking" at low RPM is when the primary chain needs adjusted. I will say I believe certain gas stations don't give me as good as results as others. I try to avoid those. Some will say it's all the same stuff no matter where you go, but I try to avoid them all the same.

I get a little jerk under 30mph only when kinda cold. My fatty is a 05 , carb. V&H, stock air filter.

hope you get it worked out.
