The rear is a 3/4" Allen head on both sides of the axle.

Sounds in line with what I had in mind. Pricing will vary, for instance smooth will be cheaper the than twisted due to complexity hence manufacturing costs. Both the cap and spike would be a basic design (simple to make) so they would be the lower priced. To give you a ballpark estimate on costs, I would like to stay in the range of $99-$129 for the Front Kit. The Kit would include two covers (chrome or powder coated) and our patent pending locking axle insert for the right side. Don't hold me to the pricing, but let's just say this is in the ballpark.

OK, well that make the rear easy enough, same as front for the right side and the left I will have something for the stock nut or a Roto-Plate.

Now, for the right side. Any idea how much clearance between the swing arm and the stock exhaust, looks tight!

Not running stock exhaust so I can't help ya there, I would say most who would be buying your covers would not be running the stock pipes.
But would like to see something in a skull set up too.
