Default Handlebar Risers

I have a 09 Heritage and wanting to raise the bars some and wondering how high of a set of risers I can go without having to fool with the cables ? Was thinking about around 4 inches !

can't tell you specifically about your bike but suggest...cover the tank and then take the top clamp off. Have a buddy measure the lift while you raise the bars as far up as they will go. Don't be afraid to manipulate the wiring and brake lines to squeeze a little more while testing. Remember that things change when you turn the bars from lock to lock. Note also the bars will pull back a tad due to the pitch on the triple tree. Just an idea that worked for me. Good luck!!

In '09, Harley went to taller handlebars on the Heritage (approximately 3 inches taller if memory serves me right), but probably kept the same length cables. 4 inches might be a stretch.

you might wanna try 2" first. I got 2" pullbacks from J&P and now i'm thinking I should have got regular 2". Also I saw a heritage with 4 or 6 inch risers at a dealer and with the bars turned all the way to one side it hit the speedo.

The pull backs has that much of a angle I am appreciate you telling me this because that was the rout I was going!! What size would the bars on the Heritage be 1" or 1 1/2" Thanks again!! Wonder what about a set of new bars how high can I go maybe 14"

I have a 2010 Heritage and rececently installed a pair of Baron Kickback Risers. They are 4" with approximately 1 1/2" pullback. I kept the stock cables and there are no clearance issues. I'm 5-9 and they made a world of difference in my comfort level. I got mine from Dennis Kirk.
