Arrow Pivot Bolt Threadlock Question?

Fellas,
I recently removed the "nut" side of my Pivot Bolt to install a side mount plate. I put it back on and cranked it down very well, but did not put threadlock on it. I dont have a service manual for my 07 fxstb, so don't know if it requires threadlock. Can anyone shed light for me, am I ok, or does it need threadlock?

my service manual does not have anything for that. i would guess it is a no touch item. if it had harley thread lock you would know it.
