Heritage Seat
I recently bought Harley's Signature seat with removable rider backrest for my Heritage. I'm not sure how it compares to the Mustang Wide Super Tour Regal seat. But it's more comfortable than the Mustang Wide Solo (w/backrest) that I had on my Dyna.
Harley advertises it as a comfortable seat for long haul touring. The deep bucket driver seat has more back support than most even without the backrest. The Passenger seat is thicker and wider than stock.

My vintage wide solo is more comfortable than my signature. I only run the signature when I need 2-up. It is narrower at the front and I notice alot more heat. It even lets my thighs rest against the rocker covers... OUCH... But then again, I'm not a small guy. It forces me forward too much. I do like the way it sets down *in* the bike though. My wife loves the pad, very comfortable for her.
