Most of the time mine are quiet, but every once in a while they squeak a little.

be sure you clean the pistons so they can retract

I didn't mention the grease....guess I though anybody thats done brakes on most anything knew that....

what if the grease doesn't take care of it? I have the same problem with mine and its been 2k miles (long road trip) I've read some of the older post about this issue so I knew to clean the piston and what not but I still have the noise. Their website even gives you step by step directions on how to clean everything.

I'm getting to the point that I'm just going to junk these.

Two things to do: Use brake grease on the slides. Use brake quiet, a spray to the back of the pads that sticks them to the pistons. My Lyndall golds squeaked on and off for around 300 miles then quieted down...I completely forgot my two recommendations, but they did quiet down. Dummy...
