Default tires

just put new tires on my 04 heritage Dunlop 402s front and rear mt90 16 in front and 140/85 in the rear. Compared to the old tires these ones are all over the road. Not nearly as steady as the old dunlops. Im getting that going over a grooved bridge feeling quite a bit. Is that normal for new tires to feel that way until they get broken in???? I put the wide white walls on. Im running 36psi front and rear.
