Took the Night Train into the Dyno this week and got to make a couple of runs. I just did a custom map for the Thunder Max and wanted to make sure I didn't go to lean or change the timing to much. That ended up great but I had them run a test for me at the same time.
I keep hearing that the rain sock on the SE heavy Breather will cost you power if you run it all the time. One guy told me I would lose 5 hp right off the bat. Well the Dyno doesn't lie I went from 76.58 HP and 93.39 max torque to 78.52 HP and 95.26 max torque. I credit the increase to the sock leaning out the mixture a little but I am keeping it on.
