Default Help......

Ok, I am leaving it up to you guys to help out with this matter....

About 41K miles (daily driven)
I have a 07 Heritage with an Arlen Ness Big Sucker AB, with Rinehardt crossback exhaust and Thundermax with Autotune driving this thing.
The TMax was installed back in March (2010) at a ralley in Bandera Tx., The communication cable was not provided in the box so i have no way of checking anything. so I am forced to take it to a local shop that is knowledgable with the TMAX. CycleSolutionsonline.com (not a Texas company) did the install and has tried to tell me that the cable is in the box........NO IT IS NOT
and Zippers wants 50 bucks for it.

Well the fuel milage went from 40 to about 32 MPG., and now at cold starts she will start right up but after about 10 seconds she dies. I've had the IAC stops reset several times and the base map checked and reintalled just to have my bike do the same thing a day after.
(all of this cost money, and for nothing)

By reading the literature about TMAX this is supposed to be a great product, but i haven't noticed a difference in performance since installed.

Not to happy right now........Any possible solutions ? ? ?

I will tell Zippers to send me a cable for FREE ! You apparently didn't get one with your kit, and if I paid $800 for a programmer, they better do everything to include inviting me to Thanksgiving dinner! I have heard awesome things about the T-Max, but I think they are just LITTLE proud of their programmer! I would be more then willing to pay $5-600 for it, but not the $8-900 they want!

i had the same issue and after many months i changed the fuel filter and the mileage went to 44 again. the filter is to be changed at 25k. i waited until 49k and it was so clogged you could not blow air thru it, if you want to ride up to austin i can hook you up to my computer or if you have a lap top with serial port we could meet
