Thanks Bart from Cateye to respoinding quickly to my problems with first TMAT unit. I think it was something with the cable or unit receptacle that would not allow the pins to fully engage. Bart overnighted a new unit and cable to me so that I could get up and running.
The bike runs unbelievably great--like a whole new bike. Installed D & D fatcats with quiet baffle, Arlen Ness Big Sucker, and TMAT. A few decel pops at first, but they seem to be lessening. After reading posts here, I'll ride for a bit before making changes.
For those who have installed TMAT, are there any suggestions for things that need attention on the TMAT. I set it to monitor the three engine functions manual recommended but made no other changes.
