why is the Deuce called "Deuce"?

Default why is the Deuce called "Deuce"?
What is the history of this bike? Why did HD pick the name Deuce?

I know a deuce is the 2 card in poker etc.

sounds like it may be a devil!!!!!!!!!!!

Because it is 2X as bad @ss looking as any other model Harley . Sure many will dissagree , beauty is in the eye of the beholder !
