big vibration

Default big vibration

I have major vibration on the bike. I have cracked my tank mount. cracked oil tank, cracked headers, cracked dash. I'm at a loss. Any ideas ????

You didn't mention what year or model your bike is. Pre 99 Softails are more prone to vibrations than the TC balanced motors. Some of the pre TC motors do vibrate more than others, usually do to a poor assembly job by the factory, IE flywheels not very trued, or a poor balance job by the factory.
Also, doing hole shots can throw the flywheels out of true, causing excessive vibration.

the bike is a 2000 nighttrain, it has a 95inch with a andrews cam.

man!! maybe the counter balance sys. is shot. i have heard that the balancer chain tensioner

shoes can wear out. might want to ck it out.

I thought it was the cam chain tensioners that went bad? I would take it to whoever did your motor work. Did the problem start right after the work was done?

PERFORM THE FOLLOWING STEPS IN EXACT ORDER:

1. Verify insurance policy
2. Arrange for bike to be stolen and set fire to
3. Collect money from insurance
4. Purchase new bike and start over

How in hell can you have a vibration bad enough to do all the damage you say you have, and still be able to ride the thing long enough to shake the bike apart? Inquiring minds want to know...

I looked through your prior posts, and either you bought your bike from Satan himself or you're having us on.
