yes with the rsd you have too, thats why i went with heartland, cuz with rsd someone could unscrew 4 bolts and walk away with the kit, and i needed a passenger seat for the wife and heartlands pops off in a second and dont touch the fender....pricey but top notch
The issue with the RSD fender is that (and they do NOT tell you this) you need the gas tank and springer seat kit along with the fender. No one piece will work without the other two. Nice, huh?
Unless you can find a fabricator in your area who is also really good, the heartland kit is the only way to go. Trust me, I spent MONTHS researching this. There's a reason the heartland kit is is expensive. They know they're the only game in town so far, and they charge accordingly.

Heartland kit is the only way to go. I have 2 in lowering bolts on mine still a lil gap but not a 3 in one. But im gettin ready to order air ride to get the slammed look I want its the only way to do it.
