Default Ride Wright night train hub size problem

Has anyone else had any problems with Ride Wright hubs not fitting night trains? I have a 2007 night train, and I'm on my 3rd different wheel/hub from Ride Wright. First wheel/tire that came did not fit, was too big so I sent it back. Second that came was also too big, this time just slightly. Then this past Sunday they sent just the inner part of the hub (not sure what it's called) to replace on the 2nd one. I'm bringing it back into the shop to have them put it on and hopefully it fits. Last time I talked to a guy from Ride Wright, he said that the problem was that in 2007 the first half and second half production night trains had a different size? The labor cost and downtime on the bike is KILLING me. BUT I have to say that Ride Wright's customer service is great, I got new rotors and also a new pulley to somewhat offset the cost of the additional labor, but it's still costing me more on the labor. On that note, I will be trying to sell the rotors and pulley if anyone wants it.
