Before I begin the start of this kit I have a few questions for all out you out there with knowledge of the Heartland EZ200 kit. I want to install this on my 2004 Fatboy. Now the Heartland kit shows the fender is 9 1/2 inches wide. I have a different rear fender that I want to use instead of their's thats only 9 inches wide. Would this 9 inch fender work or would I need to do something about the 1/2 inch?
for one on an 04 you would get the 180 kit(a 200 tire will fit it)..the ez 200 kit is just a simple bolt on kit for the 200 rear harleys.....and if your gonna use a fender that you already have save a ton of cash and just buy there 180 struts .....save big money that way
Can someone please clear up what else is required with these 180 kits? Heartland only shows a fender, struts, and a seat, but it seems like there should be more involved to get a larger tire back there. I realize a larger wheel, but it seems that if it really only takes those 3 components, shouldn't you be able to buy used struts and a fender and wheel tire combo from a 200 tire softail and call it good. What am I missing?

The 180 Kit shows to have a 8 1/2 Fender. Therefore wonldn't the Sturts be narrower? Then my 9 inch wide fender would not fit correct?
There's a different part# for the second seat for the 180, 200, and the 250 kits. 180 second seat part number is HL-2506, the 200 is HL-2508, and the 250 is HL-2507.

Reason: I Found some new info.
"DyNaBoB" Said I would get the 180 Kit for my 05 Fatboy. Because you sell these kits, which one would you say is best for me. Here's what I'm trying to shoot for:
1. A 200 wide rear tire.
2. The use of the Heartland rear seat. I must be able to go to that solo look without the use of those ugly H-D hardware kits sticking out of my struts. (no offence to any of you that have them, they're on my Harley right now).
Once I figure of what to get I'll send you an email for pricing.
