Default 2003 Night Train (electrical issues)

I was driving down the road today on my 2003 Night Train and my engine died, I mean my everthing. It's like my power shut off then a few seconds later it came back on and I was able to pop the clutch and start back up again. I continued on going down the road and it happend again. Lucky I was close to home and made it back into my garage after the second time. I check all connections and for exposed wires, etc. and didnt find anything. I took it out for a quick spin and with in a few minuets it died again and the same thing happend as before. My battery checks out ok and all my fuses are in good. What going on with my bike can anyone help?
