Default Tour Pack Question

Does this tour pack, 53066-00C, mount on the quick detach sissy bar mounts or do I need another docking/mounting kit? Its a little confusing to tell what is required per the instillation diagrams and required docking list. I think just having the quick detach sissy bar mounting kit I am good to go as the turn signals have already been relocated.

I don't recall buying a separate docking kit and the one I have I use for both the sissy bar and tourpak. Setup should look like the pic.

The harley rack made for the tour pack that is used with the docking kit is interchangeable with the quick detach sissy bar set up. I have both.
