Wife and I went the first day. Rode down from Eureka on Pig Trail and then over to Fayetteville. Lots of vendors still setting up. Walked around a bit and then headed back to Eureka. Had to head out to Mena on Friday. Lots of Vettes in Eureka for the rally they were having also. Saw a bike up against a guardrail just North of Eureka on 62. Lots of other bikes around. Anyone know any info? Hope the rider is ok.....

I'm sure the rider was OK. According to the local news
there was only one fatal wreck during the event. And it
was a female passenger from a sportbike. Bad deal she
left behind two young children 2 and 5 I believe.
Early numbers from the rally were 450,000 people,
and 130,000 bikes. Was a good rally. Can't wait till
next year.
I saw you there! My buddies and I were drooling over your bike. You had it parked off all by its sweet self in that church parking lot.
Your pictures do not do it justice......sweet ride. Next time lets hook up and have a beer.

Sweet man! Yep i took it through twice down the strip (SLAMMED) then parked it. All those bars were callen me. Im definately goen next year. Shot/beer on me!...lol
Did anyone actually stay IN Fayetteville? If so, what did you pay for your room per night (if you don't mind sharing). Our group stayed up in Springdale (exit 72), and we paid $70/ night. I'm asking because next year, I'd like to stay somewhere in Fayetteville (exit 62). I just want a ballpark figure to go off of, incase they try to jack the rates up for next year.

The Cosmopolitan Hotel. 3 blocks off of Dixon St. and free garage parking. I think the rooms ran $210 and with taxes and all charges were right under $240 a night.
It is a bit pricey compared to the other options, but being able to walk to/from Dixon after too many libations is worth every penny.

Thanks LAW....that's exactly the kind of info I'm looking for. I spoke to the GM at the Dickson St. Inn (right next door to The Crown Pub). They put me on the list for a call on March 1st (once they set next year's rates). I'm all for paying for convenience, and not risking riding after drinking too much. But, they said rates avg between $250 and $350/ night.

Well, if you don't stay at the Inn...hit the Cosmo up. I am totally with you on the "getting hammered and riding" issue...my clients will tell you every time that an expensive hotel room is much, much cheaper than a DWI.
I stayed at the Travelodge in Fayetteville. It cost me
140 a night. Next year I'm taking my tavel trailer up
and staying at the Razorback Trailer park. Its right by
Baum Stadium. Where all the vendors, and helicopter
rides are. It is 50 dollars a night.
