Default US Koolines

I know a few people are running these wires here in the softail section. My question is: how was your service? I ordered custom 10.5" chrome lines a week ago and received confirmation of my order via automated email, but have not received any shipping confirmation and I have tried calling 3-4 times and it always goes to the guys voicemail and I havent gotten my call returned yet. SO how long did it take you to receive your new wires? I just did the coil relocation, so i cant ride until i get the new wires. Poor planning on my part i guess.

I ordered last year twice and it always took about 10 days for delivering overseas (Germany). I had no complaints about product or service. Try to contact "robin" per e-mail.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I jumped the gun a little. I received the wires today. All looks good. Still wish I would have received a return phone call but oh well
