Default anyone experience this

I put white walls on my 04 heritage. Dunlops 402s MT90 on the front and 140/85 on the rear. The 140 is the only size they offer in a WWW, both 16 inch. The stock size for rear is 150/80. The bike simply handles worse now it gets blown around easier and it just feels like I cant keep my balance, compared to the old stockies. Alignment is right on spokes are tight wheel bearings are good and stearing head is good and have all been checked and rechecked. No added weight to the bike hell I even took off the bags and put on the solo seat to see if there was a difference. Could putting a slightly smaller tire on the rear make that much of a difference. The balance of the bike is definetly worse with these new tires. Also it feels that way at all speeds. I may be switching the rear to a Metzler who makes the WWW in the stock size of 150/80. Anyone else ever run into this
