Default Thoughts on rims

So for this week's upgrade I'm planning on getting some Ride Wright Fat Daddies for my Deluxe with some FLH style hard bags using the Cycle Vision mounts. My question is should I just get a new rim for the front since the hard bags will cover up the rear tire anyway or should I drop an extra $700 and get a matching rear rim?

Next week I'm going to going with a Shotgun setup followed by a big bore the following week.

Thought call. I went with both because I don't like bags... otherwise, I think I'd still be undecided by now

You can always order the rear wheel later if you feel like it. JM$.02

It'll look okay if you never take off your bags. If you think you'll be riding bagless once in awhile, I'd get the rim.

I'd go with the front and rear. Would drive me nuts if one was done without the other...And it's going to look about 1000 times better. You can still see that rear wheel with the bags and it always look like somethin's missin'. Just my .02.

I was thinking FATBOY-wise here, my stock rear wheel is a pancake solid... A solid and a spoked doesn't look bad at all...

Never considered the combo of a blacked out rear solid and a black rim chrome spoke fatty up front.

Damn you Mimo.
