Thanks everybody for the advice and replies. I am really excited about the '07 so I'll keep ya posted. Of course the riding season is almost over here but that helps with getting a good deal.
I hope you enjoy your 07 Fatboy ... great bike ..... perhaps not as bad as your weather but our's is starting to close in now so it's time get the easy chair in the garage
Any of the 2007 softails with the 200 tire has the problem. Softail standard, custom, fatboy & springer. It shows right in the parts catalogs also. Check the rims, 2007 will have their own part number. I didn't make this up, these are the problems I had changing the rim on my 07 FXST.

This I did not know. Makes sense, sort of....same frame and rims. I am not terribly worried about it.

There is something about getting that 'gotta get a new bike' bug that's impossible to resist. I admit it. I'm a bike *****. I just want to taste them all. I love my Nightster, and have loved all my bikes for different reasons. But man that Fatboy is a sweet bike. Hoping dealer and I can come to terms...
Hey, I am not saying don't buy it. Like I said earlier, I had a 07 softail, and loved it! Factory Fat boy rims are nice. The standards rim was an eye sore. If you want to change that rim, there are plenty of after market ways to go.
My brother owns a white 07 fat boy. I got to drive that, it was such a nice ride, so much better than my FXST, I think thats part of the reason I got a new bike. Don't forget we want some pics.
