Default new screaming eagle tuner

I was at my local hd shop and I was talking to one of the service guys about the new tuner and he said that is does NOT require dyno tunning..He said that all they have to do is load a base map go for a ride and then hook it up to a computer and make the adjustments that way.....I'm surprised..I wouldn't have thought a dealer would talk u out of dyno tunning....they must have it down preaty good....Any one else heard of this...?
