That I can't help you with. I do know Harley stated the clamp holding my clutch cable to the frame and footpegs wouldn't work on my bike...
They bolted right up with no problem.
Times like this is where dimensions should be listed.

i think i will try those if they dont bolt right up i have a welder, a torch, and a sledge hammer. i will make them fit

Those should bolt right up. i can't see any difference in that part of the frame.

Yes, should be fine. I think the only change between '07 & '08 was the swingarm, not the frame. These are the same as I have on my '07.

update...i tried two different sets of boomerang rear frame covers today. the ones that were supposed to fit my bike looked junky. the one on the left had a lower cover that wouldnt work with my true dual fishtails and the one on the right was too short and only covered about 3/4 of the frame. so i tried the other set that was designed to fit up to an 08 deluxe and they wouldnt work either. the bolt that goes thru the swingarm and the frame is a whole lot bigger than the one on my 09. any ideas or suggestions for covering my rear frame.

Did you try 7851? I have one in the box at home. If you haven't, I'll hold it up to an 09 deluxe and see if that one fits.

i think the 2nd one i tried was the 7851 but not 100% sure. i think the 1st one i tried was a #7773. if you dont mind and its not much trouble try it for me and let me know how that one fits. thanks alot.
